- Establish standards for source control, branching, code review, testing, modular design, documentation, and secure coding.
- Build and maintain applications and agentic workflows that use LLMs and AI services.
- Mentor internal builders using AI-assisted development tools and help turn prototypes into production software.
- Implement deployment pipelines, environment management, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- Debug production issues and conduct blameless post-incident reviews.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to and from the Azure Fabric Lakehouse.
- Contribute to cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, and data models for applications and reporting.
- Partner with clinical, billing, credentialing, and operations leaders to scope software solutions.
