Job Details

Have 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Bring a proven track record hiring across marketing, operations, Amazon, ecommerce, product, and leadership roles.
Have outbound sourcing experience and expert-level LinkedIn and Workable skills.
Use AI every day to increase recruiting efficiency and understand how AI, a CRM, and documented SOPs improve recruiting.
Have experience running structured interviews, test projects, and case studies.
Be able to handle 5 to 10 active roles at a time without process drop-off.
Have experience building and running hiring metrics reporting.
Have experience managing outside recruiting agencies.
Demonstrate strong writing for job posts, outreach, and direct candidate communication.
Be comfortable representing a brand to candidates on camera.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Workable, job boards, online communities, referrals, and personal networks.
Review applicants for red flags, competency match, and alignment with each role profile.
Run Culture Index steps, case studies, and first-round interviews, and review candidate submissions.
Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including for candidates who are not hired.
Optimize sourcing channels and build shortlists for recurring high-leverage roles.
Manage outside recruiting partners and ensure their candidates follow the recruiting process.
Find new ways to reach candidates through online communities.
Monitor and manage Glassdoor and Indeed reviews and organize team review drives.
Deliver weekly hiring pipeline reports by channel and role, and track funnel performance against KPIs.
Conduct reference checks by phone for leadership roles.
