Requirements
- Have 1+ years of experience in sales, collections, business development, or customer engagement.
- Be fully fluent in English, written and spoken, for internal reporting.
- Be fluent in Portuguese for customer engagement in Brazil.
- Be proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Have experience using CRM systems to track KPIs.
- Software compliance or B2B sales experience is a plus.
- Be based in Brazil; candidates based in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead compliance and anti-piracy cases from initial contact to resolution, engaging with customers and internal teams.
- Manage discussions about software licensing via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Negotiate with business stakeholders in Brazil and work to resolve compliance cases.
- Analyze investigation data to evaluate scenarios.
- Prepare detailed reports.
- Track lead activities accurately in the CRM.
- Document workflows and share knowledge to improve engagement strategies for the Brazilian market.
