Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience related to security.
- Have extensive experience with Kubernetes and securing container orchestration platforms.
- Know how to maintain and develop security-focused CNI or service mesh policies, such as Calico or Cilium.
- Have experience scanning for and managing vulnerabilities at scale.
- Have experience with HashiCorp Vault.
- Know how to use Terraform and popular CI/CD tools.
- Have experience building scalable, secure, highly available production environments using AWS.
- Know network security services such as AWS WAF or Cloudflare.
- Be able to develop tools or scripts in Bash or Go to automate work.
- Communicate in spoken and written English at a minimum B2 level.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure the platform complies with security practices and standards, including ISO 27001, C5, and SOC 2.
- Introduce security throughout the platform lifecycle and identify and mitigate security threats.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain Kubernetes clusters across several continents.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD systems.
- Ensure services are deployed with high availability.
- Resolve urgent issues and optimize performance.
- Optimize system scalability and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Global Security, platform, product, and legal teams on compliance, risk management, and infrastructure security.
