Requirements
- Be fluent in business and conversational Spanish and English.
- Have 6+ years of experience in SaaS Sales Engineering or a related role.
- Have experience qualifying and selling technical solutions to executive stakeholders.
- Have experience with data querying, modelling, and transformation using tools such as SQL, dbt, or Python, or with Business Intelligence platforms or Product Analytics tools.
- Be familiar with databases and cloud data warehouses, such as Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Have experience in sales engineering, consulting, or technical project management.
- Have strong written, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Have strong process and project delivery discipline.
- Be proficient with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, or Gemini.
- Be able to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Advise prospects on data architecture, governance, instrumentation, and business outcomes.
- Communicate with customer stakeholders at all levels and influence buying decisions.
- Define success criteria for proofs-of-concept and guide their execution.
- Apply Mixpanel expertise and consultative skills to share best practices throughout proof-of-concept projects.
- Partner with Account Executives to support revenue growth and serve as the key technical contact for customers.
- Partner with post-sales teams to help translate pre-sales value propositions into post-sales results.
- Develop relationships with technical stakeholders and uncover needs within the assigned book of business.
- Collect feedback from potential customers and share it with the Product team.
