Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
- Have proven experience managing multiple large customers simultaneously.
- Understand customer success or customer experience methodologies.
- Be able to map customer business requirements to product capabilities.
- Have a strong understanding of Commvault products and services, or be willing to learn them.
- Bring strong project management and organizational skills.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally and collaborate with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Be able to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced product environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewals with the services team.
- Advise customers and demonstrate the value and return on investment of Commvault technologies.
- Lead customer meetings and business reviews, presenting progress against success criteria.
- Monitor account health and KPIs to support adoption and alignment with customer objectives.
- Identify churn risks and develop mitigation plans and customer nurture and education campaigns.
- Report revenue, sentiment, and engagement status in internal business reviews.
- Identify customer growth opportunities and coordinate with internal stakeholders on expansions.
- Forecast customer risks ahead of critical milestones and support mitigation planning.
