Job Details

Have extensive software engineering experience at Staff Engineer or equivalent level.
Demonstrate a track record of leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives as a hands-on individual contributor.
Bring technical leadership experience influencing architectural decisions, improving engineering practices, and establishing technical standards with engineering leadership.
Have experience designing, building, and operating production cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, including ECS/Fargate, RDS, or equivalent services.
Have solid experience with containerization technologies and Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform or Terragrunt.
Demonstrate expertise in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, including improving CI/CD pipelines, testing infrastructure, and deployment processes.
Have experience building self-service tools, scalable developer environments, and internal platforms.
Understand how to design developer infrastructure for automation and increasingly autonomous AI-driven software development workflows.
Have experience operating observable production systems using Datadog or equivalent monitoring and observability platforms.
Be able to troubleshoot complex production issues, manage incidents, improve resilience, and implement sustainable solutions.
Take a proactive, hands-on approach and be comfortable owning initiatives from conception to delivery.

Lead platform engineering initiatives from technical design and architecture reviews through implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Improve developer productivity by strengthening CI reliability, optimizing merge workflows, automating deployments, and improving local development environments.
Prepare technical proposals, lead design reviews, and guide implementation of platform-wide solutions.
Own and evolve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, developer environments, observability systems, and operational tooling.
Build automation, self-service tooling, and reusable abstractions for engineers and increasingly autonomous AI agents.
Optimize testing infrastructure and deployment workflows to improve software delivery speed, deployment frequency, and reliability.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices, and address recurring operational issues.
Share production support, on-call coverage, and incident management with distributed Platform and Engineering teams during Americas business hours.
Lead engineering initiatives around infrastructure standards, architecture governance, technical documentation, and reliability practices; mentor peers and influence technical standards.
