Requirements
- Have experience in Software Engineering or Integration Engineering.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python.
- Have experience designing and developing APIs.
- Have practical experience with AWS.
- Have experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Know CI/CD and DevOps.
- Have experience designing integrations and system architectures.
- Know security principles and practices.
- Have experience with monitoring and observability.
- AI/GenAI project experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of LLM architecture, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, or LangGraph and similar orchestration frameworks is a plus.
- MLOps or conversational AI/voice AI experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Design and implement orchestration services.
- Integrate AI services and components with existing systems.
- Support deployments and CI/CD processes.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting.
- Ensure security, governance, and production readiness.
- Develop reliable and scalable AI services.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, and DevOps teams.
