Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Engineering Coordination, or a similar role.
- Have strong experience using ClickUp or comparable project management tools.
- Be able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and dependencies.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be comfortable working with developers and following technical discussions.
- Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong at follow-through.
- Have experience working in a remote, fast-paced, and asynchronous environment.
- Be familiar with APIs, databases, and backend systems.
- Experience with startups or small, fast-moving teams is a plus.
- Experience supporting data-driven or infrastructure-heavy products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned projects from intake and planning through execution, release, and follow-ups.
- Define and maintain project plans, milestones, owners, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate API-related workstreams, including bugs, client issues, new fields, and enhancements.
- Track technical context, logs, reproduction steps, and documentation, and coordinate investigation, fixes, validation, and release notes.
- Align Engineering, Operations, QA, and Leadership on priorities and timelines.
- Run standups, check-ins, or focused syncs and manage dependencies and handoffs across teams.
- Lead incident and bug triage, assess urgency, and confirm priorities and sequencing with leadership.
- Improve ClickUp, Confluence, and Slack workflows, templates, task standards, and reporting.
- Share project updates and maintain visibility into status and risks for stakeholders.
