Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Have strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Have experience with Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems.
- Be available to work within Pacific Time Zone hours.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills when engaging candidates and stakeholders.
- Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Use sound judgment and handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
- Be proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to adapt quickly.

Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across departments, from sourcing through offer.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct outreach, networking, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and other methods.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active and future roles.
- Provide candidates with clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Use data and recruiting tools to track progress and optimize hiring outcomes.
- Partner with the VP of People Operations and Director of Talent Acquisition to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting guidance.
- Collaborate with the broader People team on recruiting initiatives and projects.
