- Bring 15+ years of overall business experience.
- Have 8+ years leading large-scale operational or digital transformations at growth-stage or enterprise tech companies.
- Demonstrate experience identifying organizational-effectiveness blockers, assessing options, building alignment, and executing solutions.
- Show a track record deploying enterprise AI solutions, automation workflows, and/or advanced analytics to drive operating leverage.
- Have deep expertise in financial modeling and business case development.
- Have experience tracking post-implementation ROI alongside Finance.
- Demonstrate success leading cross-functional teams through complex organizational and workflow shifts.
- Be able to execute strategically in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
- Communicate effectively across organizations.
Responsibilities
- Define a multi-year enterprise transformation strategy and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Drive the enterprise transformation roadmap and take cross-functional projects from concept to measurable operational outcomes.
- Establish transformation KPIs, including productivity lift, cost-to-serve reduction, and throughput velocity.
- Track realized ROI against Finance benchmarks.
- Identify blockers to success and investments needed to accelerate impact.
- Lead a cross-functional team of strategic operators on operational transformation projects.
- Partner with technical teams to bring technical initiatives to life.
- Enable a work culture oriented toward ongoing operational excellence and AI fluency.
