- 6+ years of management consulting experience
Requirements
- Have 6+ years of management consulting experience at a Big Four, tier-two, or leading boutique firm.
- Have a track record leading operations strategy, business transformation, or value chain reinvention engagements.
- Independently own executive-level client relationships and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrate expertise in structured problem-solving, including Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping.
- Bring Black Belt certification or equivalent practical depth in Lean Six Sigma; this is strongly preferred.
- Have senior-level experience across multiple industries and geographies.
- Understand end-to-end value chains and how procurement, logistics, distribution, and financial performance connect.
- Engage meaningfully with Solutions Architects and Data Engineers on data schemas, system integrations, ERP landscapes, and AI/ML model requirements.
- Be comfortable using AI tools, including LLM assistants and agentic workflows, to accelerate research, analysis, and deliverable production.
- Thrive in rapid, hypothesis-driven sprint cycles, including 12-week engagement models.
Responsibilities
- Decompose cross-functional processes in supply chain, logistics, procurement, and distribution to identify structural inefficiencies and operational issues.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with senior client stakeholders.
- Build trusted advisor relationships and lead challenging client conversations.
- Translate business findings into actionable requirements for Solutions Architects and Data Engineers.
- Own delivery lanes end-to-end, including planning, client communication, deliverables, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to define current-state and target-state process and system architectures.
- Apply structured analytical frameworks to validate transformation opportunities.
- Produce process maps, value stream analyses, opportunity assessments, business cases, and use case definitions.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and consultants in session leadership, deliverable production, and client management.
