Requirements
- Have at least 6 years of management consulting experience within a Big Four firm, tier-two consultancy, or leading boutique consulting organisation.
- Have experience leading operations strategy, business transformation, process optimisation, or end-to-end value chain transformation engagements.
- Be able to independently manage senior executive relationships, facilitate strategic workshops, and influence complex business decisions.
- Bring expertise in structured problem-solving, including Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and hypothesis-driven problem-solving.
- Have experience analysing and transforming end-to-end business processes, including procurement, logistics, distribution, and operations.
- Bring cross-industry and international consulting experience and adaptability to unfamiliar business environments.
- Have a strong technical understanding and be able to collaborate on data schemas, system integrations, ERP environments, and AI/ML model requirements.
- Be able to translate operational challenges into structured business requirements and technical specifications.
- Be familiar with AI-powered tools, large language model assistants, and agentic workflows.
- Have experience with agile, hypothesis-driven delivery models and fast-paced project cycles, including 12-week programmes.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent practical experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and decompose cross-functional business processes, including supply chain, logistics, procurement, and distribution, to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions with senior executives and business leaders.
- Translate business findings and transformation opportunities into structured requirements for Solutions Architects and Data Engineers.
- Manage project work streams from planning through delivery, including client communication, deliverables, progress reporting, risks, and issue escalation.
- Document current-state processes and systems, define future-state operating models, and develop transformation architectures with technical teams.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and hypothesis-driven analysis to validate opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Produce process maps, value chain assessments, business cases, opportunity analyses, and use case definitions.
- Identify opportunities to use artificial intelligence, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and consultants and contribute to consulting methodologies and analytical frameworks.
