Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of progressive enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering experience.
- Have experience with complex solution architecture across multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Lead technical discovery, architectural whiteboarding, and solution design with technical and business audiences, including C-suite stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep familiarity with cloud data warehouses, data modeling, data engineering, integrations, and APIs.
- Navigate customer data architectures confidently without needing to be a hands-on practitioner.
- Build technical champions and influence buying committees across engineering, marketing, and executive levels.
- Have experience in competitive enterprise sales motions.
- Experience supporting agencies, systems integrators, technology partners, or partner-led customer motions is a bonus.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command the Message, or equivalent value-selling frameworks is a plus.
- Travel for customer and team engagements is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with agencies and their clients to understand data architecture, marketing workflows, client needs, and business objectives.
- Translate discovery findings into requirements, solution designs, and tailored demonstrations across Hightouch products.
- Own technical evaluations from scoping and pilot planning through execution, validation, follow-up, and technical recommendation.
- Build technical relationships with agency data, marketing, and technology leaders and their client-side counterparts.
- Partner with Account Executives and agency stakeholders to align on business outcomes and maintain technical close plans.
- Help agencies adapt Hightouch solutions across multiple client environments and service models.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and delivery teams to address technical risks and validate solution boundaries.
- Advise agencies and clients on adopting AI workflows, data activation, identity, and decisioning capabilities using agents.
- Use modern AI tooling in the Solutions Engineering workflow.
