Requirements
- Have a background in HR tech or a close adjacent field.
- Understand staffing and high-volume, high-complexity employers and HR operations, including E-Verify, I-9, background checks, credentialing, and payroll handoffs.
- Understand how APIs work and have built integrations between SaaS platforms.
- Have experience with applicant tracking systems and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Bullhorn, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Bring experience spanning pre-sales demos and hands-on implementation.
- Be able to solve problems quickly and respond effectively in live situations.
- Be able to articulate how agentic AI is changing businesses and work.
- Have examples of challenging existing approaches and pursuing hard problems autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Lead demos for mid-market and enterprise HR buyers, connecting the platform to their needs.
- Investigate customer systems and third-party service APIs, then build proof-of-concepts.
- Configure the platform to model each customer's HR workflows.
- Collect requirements, design architecture with customers, manage projects, and drive implementations through go-live.
- Translate customer feedback into user stories and product requirements for engineers.
- Use agents and iPaaS tooling, and build solutions or internal tools when useful.
