Requirements
- Have customer-facing experience in support, service, retail, hospitality, or a first sales role.
- Be comfortable holding conversations with people you have just met.
- Be able to explain technical topics simply without dumbing them down.
- Be comfortable with high-volume days, frequent calls, varied conversations, and working without a fixed script.
- Be able to take feedback and, once trained, run conversations and keep leads warm independently.
- Be comfortable learning new tools quickly and using Claude in day-to-day work.
- Allied health experience or a personal connection to the field is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Run free website checkup calls and give clinic owners clear, actionable recommendations.
- Grow into running demos and introductory calls for Jane Websites, Jane SEO, Social Plus, and Google Ads.
- Drive and nurture a pipeline of warm inbound leads in Close CRM.
- Follow up with leads independently.
- Lead honest conversations about service value and cost.
- Use Claude for call preparation, research, and follow-ups.
