Job Details

Have 1 to 4+ years in sales, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, lead generation, outbound marketing, growth, or a comparable role.
Bring a genuine interest in go-to-market strategy, pipeline generation, and B2B growth.
Have proven experience in prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound outreach.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication.
Be comfortable contacting companies that may not have considered remote assistants, virtual assistants, offshore talent, or AI-enabled workforce solutions.
Apply strong research skills to turn hiring signals into relevant outbound messaging.
Stay organized and resilient when facing setbacks.
Be motivated by clear goals, activity metrics, and booked-meeting targets.
Be able to manage your own desk while collaborating across teams.
Be eager to learn the product, market, and go-to-market execution.

Identify companies actively hiring for roles Wing can support and research their hiring needs.
Reach prospective customers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
Run outbound campaigns focused on hiring needs, operational pain points, and workforce solutions.
Hold early discovery conversations to understand prospects’ hiring needs, pain points, urgency, and openness to remote talent or AI-enabled solutions.
Explain Wing Assistant’s services to earn the next meeting and book qualified appointments.
Hand off opportunities to the sales team with relevant discovery context.
Keep CRM activity, notes, and pipeline data accurate and current.
Share prospect feedback and market patterns with Sales, Marketing, and Product, and suggest outreach improvements.
