Requirements
- Have 2+ years of proven experience working with Tier-1 markets in Affiliate Marketing in the iGaming industry.
- Have hands-on experience with brands on the operator/advertiser side.
- Have strong knowledge of RevShare, Hybrid, CPA, EPC, Flat Fee, and Listing Deals.
- Be proficient in analytics tools for tracking traffic performance and campaign conversions.
- Be a confident user of Google Sheets.
- Have Upper Intermediate English (B2-C1).
- Demonstrate stress-management and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Have multitasking and organizational skills.
- Be able to build and maintain long-term partner relationships.
- Bonus: a personal network of active Tier-1 partners ready for collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new partners for iGaming traffic through niche communities, public pages, forums, chats, and industry events.
- Work with Tier-1 markets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners.
- Guide partners on setup, statistics, and traffic analytics.
- Conduct monthly commission reviews and monitor incoming traffic.
- Prevent fraud using in-house tools and the analytics team.
- Prepare and maintain regular traffic reports.
- Achieve planned KPIs using company tools.
- Participate in international exhibitions and represent the company’s products.
