Requirements
- Have 6+ months of experience in digital marketing.
- Have hands-on experience launching and managing advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
- Have an intermediate+ level of English or higher.
- Have strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to work with data, draw insights, and support decision-making.
- Be detail-oriented, structured, and proactive.
- Be a quick learner, self-motivated, and eager to test ideas.
- Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
- Relevant digital advertising certifications, such as Meta, Google Ads, or Google Analytics, are a plus.
- Experience with Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, or other paid acquisition channels is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with operational tasks.
- Research marketing activities and analyze content within the Health & Fitness sphere.
- Review advertisements for alignment with company policies and guidelines.
- Configure, launch, and analyze advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and other advertising platforms.
- Generate ideas for new advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify causes of deviations and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare technical tasks for creative and content teams.
