Languages: Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Indonesian or Filipino are a plus but not mandatory.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, technical account management, or client support within technical environments.

Have 3+ years of experience in project management, technical account management, or client support within technical environments.
Be highly organized, able to multitask, and attentive to detail.
Demonstrate decision-making, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Have technical literacy sufficient to follow technical discussions, understand backend and frontend systems and data pipelines, and read and write technical documentation.
Be comfortable working with large amounts of data and numbers.
Be fluent in English.
Experience or knowledge of music publishing, internal CMO documentation, and distribution processes is highly desired.
Indonesian or Filipino proficiency is a plus but not required.

Learn the services and operational workflows, understand client needs, and ensure reliable execution.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Investigate datasets, identify inconsistencies, uncover root causes, and turn findings into actionable improvements.
Identify repetitive tasks and inefficient workflows, and work with relevant teams to implement automation.
Collaborate with clients, Operations, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
Identify opportunities to reduce operational effort and improve quality as services and customer needs evolve.
