Requirements
- Have a solid understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, and budgeting processes.
- Have experience working with auditors, tax filings, and compliance checks.
- Use Excel or Google Sheets comfortably.
- Have 1.5–2 years of experience in finance or audit at Big4 or FMCG; this is described as a plus.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Communicate clearly with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, and management reports.
- Participate in monthly financial reviews with the leadership team.
- Support monthly budget updates, conduct plan-versus-actual analyses, and help prepare annual budgets and financial models.
- Organize financial documentation and review financial statements and tax declarations.
- Coordinate with external accountants and support audit processes.
- Support payroll processing and maintain accurate compensation-related data across systems.
- Draft and review financial sections of contracts and prepare documentation for board meetings.
- Work with internal teams to provide insights and data for decision-making.
