At least 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, operations analysis, financial planning and analysis, accounting, or related disciplines.
Ability to analyze cross-functional business and operational challenges and connect findings to financial outcomes or resource decisions.
Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, or financial modeling.
Ability to investigate root causes, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical business or operational improvements.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and complex formulas.
Experience working with ERP systems or other business platforms and analyzing data from multiple sources.
Experience developing financial or operational reports, monitoring performance indicators, and building dashboards.
Project management and organizational skills, including independently structuring, prioritizing, and delivering projects.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred: familiarity with NetSuite, Ramp, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable financial and business intelligence tools.
Preferred: experience with business system administration, user access management, and workflow optimization.
Preferred: experience analyzing staffing capacity, service demand, resource allocation, or operational efficiency.

Analyze operational performance, service demand, staffing capacity, costs, and resource requirements.
Prepare financial reports, budget-to-actual variance analyses, forecasts, and financial models.
Translate operational assumptions and business activity into financial projections, scenario analyses, and investment recommendations.
Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools for financial and operational performance.
Collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple sources, investigating discrepancies.
Present findings, trends, business implications, and recommended actions to financial and nonfinancial stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, improve data accuracy, and strengthen reporting.
Support administration of financial and operational systems, including user access management and platform maintenance.
Manage analytical and process improvement projects from problem definition through recommendations and implementation support.
