Requirements
- Have 4 to 6 years of progressive HRIS or People Operations experience.
- Bring advanced report writing and analytics experience.
- Have demonstrated experience with UKG.
- Bring advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent professional experience may substitute.
- UKG Pro and Cognos BI experience are strongly preferred.
- Project management and cross-functional coordination experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own HRIS enhancements, configurations, upgrades, security roles, integrations, release management, and system documentation.
- Lead optimization of HR technology modules, including performance management, talent acquisition, compensation planning, and learning.
- Partner with the People Team, IT, and vendors on HR system implementations, integrations, issue resolution, and vendor support.
- Own People Team reporting and analytics, and design and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and business partners.
- Establish data definitions, governance standards, usage guidelines, and a centralized report inventory.
- Translate People data into insights and recommendations for senior leadership and Board-level reporting.
- Review and redesign HR processes, identify automation opportunities, and improve HR and Payroll workflows.
- Lead EEO-1 and applicable state EEO reporting, maintain HRIS data audit practices, and support audits and risk mitigation.
- Manage concurrent projects, assess change impacts, develop training materials, and measure HR system adoption and effectiveness.
- Mentor People Team members on system use, reporting practices, and data standards.
