Job Details

Have experience with white- and black-box manual testing of web applications with UIs.
Have experience with functional, system, regression, and integration testing.
Have experience developing test cases from user stories.
Be able to execute and read complex SQL queries.
Be able to analyze products and develop accurate integration test scenarios.
Have experience with test management tools; X-Ray experience is preferred.
Have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Have experience with white-box testing of RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, or web services.
Have experience with test planning, including data planning, test scheduling, and test evaluation.
Have experience managing defects in a corporate defect tracking system.
Automated testing tools, FitNesse, and HPE LoadRunner are preferred.
Experience creating, maintaining, and evaluating software automation test scripts, including dynamic test data, is preferred.
Experience with Java jar files, Linux, JBoss, Docker/OpenShift, or Appian is preferred.
Section 508 compliance testing experience is a plus.

Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
Create and maintain test scripts for UI and server-based applications.
Interpret product requirements into test plans and corresponding test cases.
Test software functionality, installation, performance, load, and usability.
Work with developers and product managers to identify system requirements.
Investigate non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
Track quality assurance metrics, including defect densities and open defect counts.
Document QA procedures and validate software release deployments.
