Requirements
- Demonstrated ERP QA and test leadership.
- Experience owning test strategy, traceability and end-to-end UAT with business-owner acceptance.
- Experience reviewing payroll and conversion evidence.
- Experience defining objective defect and reconciliation criteria.
- Experience supporting a contested release-readiness decision with evidence.
- Public-sector relevance is strongly preferred.
- ISTQB or similar credentials are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Establish independent quality gates and evidence that business processes, converted data and production readiness meet agreed acceptance criteria.
- Build requirements traceability and integration, regression, performance, security and UAT strategies with accountable owners.
- Coordinate end-to-end HR/payroll, finance, budget and asset scenarios, including payroll comparisons and conversion reconciliation.
- Manage defect severity, retesting, release criteria and independent evidence review across providers.
- Support mock cutovers, go/no-go recommendations and stabilization-exit evidence.
- Keep assurance separate from implementation self-approval and the client's release decision.
