- Map current-state processes with client staff across HR, payroll, benefits, finance, budget, procurement and capital assets.
- Write and maintain requirements, acceptance criteria and the traceability matrix from selection through UAT.
- Keep design records, data-mapping workbooks and test scenarios current and consistent across work packages.
- Prepare materials and decision logs for workshops, demonstrations, test cycles and cutover rehearsals.
- Apply program documentation standards so each work product has one producer and a clear owner.
