Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in software QA, with meaningful time spent in test automation.
- Have a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
- Be proficient with Playwright or a comparable framework such as Cypress or Puppeteer.
- Be able to write maintainable, reliable tests.
- Have experience integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions or CircleCI.
- Be familiar with testing APIs alongside UI flows, including REST and GraphQL endpoints.
- Be able to write clear bug reports, explain test strategies, and advocate for quality with engineers and product managers.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and judgment matters.
- Be able to travel occasionally; travel requirements are less than 10%.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated end-to-end test suites using Playwright across web and API surfaces.
- Perform exploratory and structured manual testing on complex user flows, edge cases, and regression scenarios.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable feedback on every pull request.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers during development, writing tests alongside features.
- Triage, reproduce, and document bugs with clear steps and context.
- Contribute to and improve QA processes, standards, and tooling across the engineering organization.
- Participate in test planning, sprint ceremonies, and release readiness reviews.
