Requirements

  • Have 8+ years of success growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products.
  • Be able to evangelize, educate, and create demand with C-level decision makers.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Have proven success selling to C-suite executives and building buy-in with multiple stakeholders.
  • Bring significant experience selling with GSIs and the wider partner ecosystem.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills with audiences of varied levels and technical aptitudes.
  • Use a sales framework such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Sandler.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a long-term plan for generating net-new logo pipeline.
  • Deliver revenue targets to support year-over-year territory growth.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable bookings.
  • Identify and engage leaders in prospect accounts and cultivate decision-maker networks.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to meet and exceed revenue quotas.
  • Use Okta partners to identify and open new opportunities.
  • Build working partnerships across the Okta ecosystem, including xDRs, Partners, Presales, and Customer First.
  • Apply a value-based sales approach and bring a point of view to customer interactions.
  • Travel as needed to build and cultivate customer and prospect relationships.
