Requirements
- Have 3+ years of recruiting experience, with real exposure to technical hiring in an agency, in-house, or combined setting.
- Maintain a high bar for candidate experience, including fast replies, clear communication, and honesty.
- Stay organized while managing multiple roles, candidates, and calendars.
- Be able to push back on hiring managers and turn down candidates while maintaining trust.
- Be comfortable with cold outreach and writing to people who may not respond.
- Use AI tools in your work and be curious about improving how you use them.
- Investigate problems, propose fixes, and follow through.
- Nice to have: Experience with Greenhouse or Ashby.
- Nice to have: A startup or consultancy background.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Lead Talent Partners to design and manage the full candidate journey for evergreen and specialist roles across engineering, product, design, and operations, from first outreach to signed offer.
- Run introductory calls and act as candidates’ main point of contact throughout the process.
- Coordinate interview loops with hiring managers and interviewers, keeping processes moving and feedback timely.
- Find passive candidates, write outbound outreach, and test what works.
- Share market insights and flag challenges.
- Use AI tools to support sourcing and recruiting workflows.
- Keep the ATS clean and current.
- Share knowledge, support teammates, and suggest improvements to Talent team processes.
