Job Details

Have 3+ years of recruiting experience, with exposure to technical hiring in an agency, in-house, or combined setting.
Provide fast, clear, and honest communication throughout the candidate experience.
Manage multiple roles, candidates, and calendars without losing track of details.
Be comfortable challenging hiring managers and communicating rejection decisions to candidates.
Be comfortable with cold outreach and contacting passive candidates.
Use AI tools in your work and be curious about applying them more effectively.
Investigate broken processes, propose fixes, and follow through.
Nice to have: experience with Greenhouse or Ashby.
Nice to have: a startup or consultancy background.

Partner with Lead Talent Partners to manage the full candidate journey for evergreen and specialist roles across engineering, product, design, and operations.
Run introductory calls and serve as candidates’ main point of contact throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate interview loops with hiring managers and interviewers, keeping processes moving and feedback timely.
Source passive candidates and write and test outbound outreach.
Share market insights and flag hiring challenges.
Use AI tools to support sourcing and recruiting work.
Keep the ATS clean and current.
Share knowledge and suggest improvements to Talent team processes.
