Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience recruiting for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.
  • Bring a proven track record hiring candidates in high-growth, high-bar environments.
  • Have an established network in business communities.
  • Use data and analytics to guide sourcing decisions and measure effectiveness.
  • Bring creative problem-solving skills for fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Bring a strategic mindset that extends beyond immediate hiring needs.
  • Show commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusive business teams.
  • Startup, technology, or AI experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build, own, and nurture talent pipelines across People, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.
  • Deliver a recruiting experience that reflects Cohere's brand.
  • Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to find and engage passive talent through creative sourcing methods.
  • Maintain market intelligence on business talent trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Manage recruiting funnels in the ATS and regularly update progress and analytics.
  • Develop proactive sourcing approaches to optimize the top of the funnel for business roles.
  • Cultivate relationships across business communities and industry leaders.
  • Identify and own additional talent projects as they emerge.
