Requirements
- Have 3–7 years of experience sourcing for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.
- Have a proven track record sourcing candidates in high-growth, high-bar environments.
- Startup, technology, or AI experience is preferred.
- Bring an established network in business communities.
- Use data and analytics to drive sourcing decisions and measure effectiveness.
- Demonstrate relationship-building skills and the ability to influence.
- Bring a strategic mindset and the ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Show interest in diversity, equity, and building inclusive business teams.
Responsibilities
- Build, own, and nurture pipelines of business talent across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.
- Deliver a recruiting experience that reflects Cohere's brand.
- Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to find and engage passive talent through creative sourcing methods.
- Maintain market intelligence on business talent trends and the competitive landscape.
- Manage recruiting funnels in the ATS and regularly update progress and analytics.
- Develop proactive sourcing approaches to optimize the top of the funnel for business roles.
- Cultivate relationships across business communities and with industry leaders.
- Identify and own additional talent projects as they emerge.
