Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years of Equipment Finance experience.
- Bring experience in equipment financing, small business lending, or financial services; this experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Show a track record of consistent close rates and quota attainment.
- Be proficient in Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
Responsibilities
- Contact marketing-qualified applicants promptly and present multiple equipment financing options.
- Communicate value, address objections, and close funding.
- Gather required stipulations and manage conditions needed to reach funded status.
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and file disposition in Salesforce.
- Serve as the primary contact when a funded client defaults and work toward restoring the account to good standing.
- Manage the transition from marketing-qualified lead to funding and ensure approved files reach final execution.
