Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Experience with journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA, Accounts Payable processes, audit support or testing activities, and cost accounting.
- Preferred: knowledge of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Preferred: CPA certification or progress toward certification.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries and monthly accruals.
- Perform balance sheet and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Analyze financial records and assist with financial reporting activities.
- Support month-end close processes and variance analysis.
- Prepare management, operational, and regulatory reports.
- Review and validate accounting impacts resulting from system or process changes.
- Support supplier setup and maintenance activities.
- Review invoices for compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate payment-related issues and respond to supplier and employee inquiries about invoices and payments.
- Prepare operational metrics, participate in testing and special projects, and support process improvement and automation initiatives.
