Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a similar field.
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, invoicing, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and complex formulas.
- Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Be able to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Experience with revenue and commission calculations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Manage accounts receivable and respond to customer billing inquiries.
- Handle daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accounting tasks.
- Calculate sales commissions and maintain accurate commission records.
- Track, calculate, and reconcile customer revenue.
- Prepare and send customer license agreements and follow up on signatures.
- Maintain accurate financial records, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Assist with month-end closing and other accounting-related activities.
