Requirements
- Bring 2+ years of sales experience.
- Have a record of hitting individual sales targets.
- Ideally have experience closing consumer sales over the phone.
- Communicate clearly, warmly, and confidently in spoken and written English.
- Be comfortable using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
- Track sales numbers, follow through, and act when performance is behind target.
- Stay composed, use feedback, and adapt as the startup evolves.
- Have a workspace that meets the company's technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Convert warm inbound phone leads through thoughtful, consultative conversations.
- Explain cremation options and pricing to families.
- Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale.
- Follow up by phone, text, and email.
- Keep records and next steps accurate.
- Meet sales and quality targets.
- Support queue coverage and related workflows.
