Requirements

Prior experience in sales development, outbound outreach, or lead generation.
A track record of booking qualified appointments.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to communicate supportively with a predominantly female audience about health, fitness, and personal transformation.
Organized, disciplined CRM habits and consistent follow-through on open leads.
Ability to work independently and meet daily activity targets.
Resilience and persistence without being aggressive.
Availability during US business hours.
Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or coaching sales is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads across email, DM, and other channels.
Qualify inbound prospects against defined criteria and move strong fits toward a discovery call.
Conduct outbound outreach through email, social media, and other relevant channels to generate pipeline.
Write personalized outreach and follow up consistently with prospects.
Book qualified discovery calls and provide the sales team with context and qualification notes.
Coordinate scheduling and confirmations to reduce no-shows.
Log outreach activity, conversations, and lead status accurately in the CRM.
Track activity volume, response rates, and appointment-setting metrics, and meet outreach and booking targets.
