Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 12 years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP, business systems, or technology leadership.
- At least 10 years leading global teams.
- Deep experience leading enterprise ERP environments; JD Edwards (JDE) strategic and leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Expertise in data governance, data quality, master data processes, and enterprise integration.
- Experience leading enterprise applications in a life sciences environment; medical technology or medical device industry experience is required.
- Experience in orthopedics or spine technology is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, planning, finance, commercial operations, distribution, and related operational processes.
- Knowledge of computerized system validation (CSV), GxP requirements, data integrity, system validation, and documentation standards in regulated environments.
- Experience leading ERP transformation, manufacturing technology modernization, corporate carve-outs, post-merger integration, or other large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Ability to lead and develop large, geographically distributed teams and manage strategic technology vendors and managed service providers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms and Data & Analytics capabilities is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise applications strategy and long-term roadmap across ERP, CRM, Master Data Management, manufacturing applications, and Data & Analytics.
- Lead platform modernization, process optimization, integration improvements, and support model transformation.
- Oversee the ERP ecosystem, with a primary focus on JD Edwards, and support manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, planning, distribution, and finance operations.
- Establish Master Data Management strategies, data governance frameworks, quality standards, and integration capabilities.
- Lead manufacturing applications and operational technologies, overseeing computerized system validation, GxP requirements, data integrity, validation, and documentation.
- Provide executive oversight of Salesforce and other commercial applications, and lead Data & Analytics capabilities.
- Lead and develop a global enterprise applications organization and manage strategic vendors and managed service providers.
- Partner with senior IT and business leaders to prioritize investments, govern delivery and change, and improve application performance, resilience, service delivery, and business value.
