Experience: 3+ years’ experience working within a global organisation supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding

Have 3+ years’ experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding within a global organization.
Bring strong hands-on configuration experience within SAP SuccessFactors.
Have experience across Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Performance and Goals.
Have experience building and configuring solutions directly within the system.
Have experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
Be able to engage confidently with senior leaders and manage stakeholders.
Have experience working in complex global HRIS environments and multi-country processes.
Bring analytical and problem-solving skills.
SmartRecruiters experience is highly desirable.
Experience migrating from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding 2.0 is highly desirable.
SuccessFactors certification (RXM or related) is highly desirable.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.

Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding and Talent Management modules.
Build and maintain scalable solutions to improve user experience and process efficiency.
Partner with global stakeholders and senior business leaders to understand requirements and deliver system improvements.
Manage production changes in line with HRIS governance and compliance standards.
Support and resolve Tier 2/3 system issues through root cause analysis and problem solving.
Test, analyze and implement SuccessFactors releases and enhancements.
Drive process simplification, automation and adoption across global teams.
Support ongoing optimization of Recruiting, Performance, Goals and Talent processes.
