Requirements
- Bring proven experience in Agile project management and successful implementation of methodologies.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, addressing challenges proactively.
- Have a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Have a strong understanding of technology and its applications, especially in AI/Data Science products.
- Stay current with industry trends in Agile practices.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Agile certifications such as CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP are listed as a possible differentiator.
- Experience with distributed teams or AI/Data Science products, and familiarity with the insurance industry, could set candidates apart.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the team follows internal delivery best practices.
- Optimize team flow, address issues, and build agile capabilities within the team.
- Lead continual planning across product delivery, post-launch support, and benefits realization.
- Identify and address team-dynamic issues, provide feedback, and connect day-to-day work with the product vision.
- Contribute across product delivery lifecycle phases and work with Customer Success and the Product Lead on continuous improvement.
- Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and maintain continuous engagement.
