Requirements
- Fluency in English and German.
- Proven experience in Agile project management and successful implementation of Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering them on time.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of technology and its applications, especially AI/Data Science products.
- Willingness to stay current with Agile practices and industry trends.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
- Agile certification such as CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP is a bonus.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the team follows internal delivery best practices.
- Communicate across technical and non-technical boundaries and build trust.
- Optimize team flow, address issues, and build agile capabilities.
- Lead planning through product delivery, post-launch support, and benefits realization.
- Identify and address team-dynamics issues, provide feedback, and connect day-to-day work with the product vision.
- Work with Customer Success and the Product Lead on continuous improvement across product delivery phases.
- Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and maintain engagement.
- Manage internal and external resources to support successful initial deployments with appropriate governance and benefit measures.
