Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, integration services, or technical implementations.
- Have at least 3+ years directly managing and scaling a team of technical resources.
- Bring strong working knowledge of enterprise integrations, including Workday architecture, APIs, authentication, data mapping, and integration design.
- Evaluate proposed solutions, identify technical risks, and guide consultants through complex implementation challenges.
- Guide a team of consultants through a high-volume portfolio of mid-to-large tier enterprise organizations.
- Coordinate concurrent enterprise projects and balance team bandwidth across mixed-discipline work.
- Anticipate future team capability gaps and identify technical services the organization will need.
- Be able to dive into technical details, validate solutions to complex integration hurdles, and scope mid-flight changes.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a team of Integration Consultants and Technical Solution Consultants.
- Establish capacity planning, project prioritization, quality standards, and repeatable delivery processes.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for Workday architecture and complex API capabilities.
- Troubleshoot active integrations, guide consultants through roadblocks, and define technical paths for solutions.
- Identify recurring customer needs and evaluate opportunities to standardize solutions or develop new technical capabilities.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Implementation to clarify ownership of technical challenges and assess customer commitments.
