Hold a BA/BS degree.
Have 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting.
Have 2+ years of experience providing professional development.
Bring experience in instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech professional development; these are strongly preferred.
Have experience supporting district implementations; strongly preferred.
Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills and comfort presenting to teachers and administrators.
Be organized, methodical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks from start to finish.
Be able to prioritize effectively and work as a self-starter and quick learner.
Bring strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Live in Texas and close to a major airport.
Be willing to travel regionally, with travel of up to 60% during back-to-school season and up to 40% during the remainder of the year.

Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts.
Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement professional development plans for successful IXL implementation.
Travel regionally to assigned districts, facilitate in-person professional development, and conduct quarterly visits.
Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
Analyze data to support decision-making and strategize next steps.
Partner with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships, including supporting district pilots and pre-sales opportunities.
