Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant industry (Tech, eCommerce, SaaS) and/or similar roles.
- Written communication experience with stakeholders, customers, or partners in a job, internship, or volunteer role.
- Project management, communication, and technical skills to manage client engagements and internal resources.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and work independently.
- Ability to drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail.
- Nice to have: experience with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Nice to have: exposure to web development concepts.
- Nice to have: previous experience in payments or ecommerce.
- Nice to have: knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or APIs.
Responsibilities
- Support merchant partners with marketing best practices, accounting workflows, implementation guidance, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve technical integration issues involving partners’ ecommerce front-end platforms and back-end order management systems.
- Identify and implement operational processes to drive efficiency.
- Develop detailed technical documentation.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to define cross-functional workflows.
- Provide client product feedback to Product and Engineering to improve product performance and features.
