Job Details

Have at least 8 years of experience in a solution or technical architect role.
Have experience deploying Linux-based on-premise and hosted solutions, including private or public cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms.
Have experience with authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OIDC, and with multi-factor authentication.
Have experience with identity providers such as Entra, Okta, PingFederate, or ForgeRock.
Know enterprise architecture, including load balancing, application firewalls, and SIEM.
Have experience implementing FIDO Passkeys; Microsoft Passkeys experience is preferred.
Have experience with IAM in the context of leading HRMS software such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Oracle.
Have managed end-to-end project life cycles in a solution architect capacity.
Have experience with or comfort using and guiding REST APIs and SDKs.
Have experience with or comfort in FIDO UAF and FIDO2.
Have experience with Linux administration and SQL/MySQL administration.
A STEM background is preferred.
Be available for occasional global travel and work outside normal time-zone hours when required.

Develop solution plans to support business investment decisions, balancing costs, risks, and product quality.
Design practical end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business strategy and objectives.
Oversee and lead implementation of solution designs and architectures.
Manage expectations and risks during implementation.
Ensure appropriate organizational structures, principles, tools, and responsibilities are in place.
