Job Details

Hands-on experience building Clay tables, enrichment waterfalls, and pipelines.
Ability to build Salesforce flows and automation; Salesforce reporting alone is not sufficient.
HubSpot fluency.
Experience building AI agents or automations that run in production, using tools such as Claude, Clay agents, or Salesforce automation.
Understanding of how scoring, routing, enrichment, and CRM hygiene connect across the GTM workflow.
Based in EMEA.
Comfortable owning a queue without a teammate in the same time zone and deciding what to fix independently.
Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent admin-level experience owning an org is a bonus.
Scripting, APIs, Claude CLI, or MCP integrations experience is a bonus.
Startup scaling experience, including helping a company grow from Series A toward later stage, is a bonus.
Advanced Clay or Anthropic tooling experience is a bonus.

Build and extend Clay tables, enrichment workflows, and account discovery pipelines.
Create end-to-end AI agents and automations using Clay, Salesforce, and Claude.
Design repeatable processes that keep account and contact data accurate over time.
Own account and MQL funnel scoring and workflows that route intent to sellers.
Build Salesforce workflows and maintain integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Momentum, Chili Piper, Notion, and Slack.
Evaluate and replace tools or features when a better option becomes available.
Own the RevOps ticket queue during EMEA hours and partner with the US-based RevOps teammate for follow-the-sun coverage.
Help sales representatives with live opportunity questions.
