Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing complex commercial processes, ideally in infrastructure, energy, or large-scale projects.
- A proven track record in international deal-making and contract negotiation.
- Ability to lead high-value negotiations and manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.
- Ability to build robust financial models and translate analysis into actionable deal strategies.
- Knowledge of complex commercial contracting and negotiation.
- Advanced Excel skills for financial modelling.
- Knowledge of capex financing structures and their relationship to offtake agreements.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary and international environments.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders in large organizations.
Responsibilities
- Structure and negotiate long-term offtake agreements in complex commercial, financial, and technical environments.
- Lead commercial deal processes from initial engagement through contract signature.
- Manage relationships with international off-takers, including airlines, fuel suppliers, and corporations.
- Coordinate the commercial deal process with technical, operational, and finance project teams.
- Prepare materials for Executive Committee and Board decision-making.
- Collaborate on financial models that support deal structuring and negotiations.
- Work with legal teams to translate commercial agreements into contractual documents.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including legal and financial advisors.
- Drive progress toward Heads of Terms, Final Investment Decisions, and contract execution.
- Represent SkyNRG at industry conferences and events.
