Job Details

Have 10+ years of experience implementing US healthcare projects involving data integrations, analytics, visualization, and technical customer and project management.
Have US healthcare experience integrating claims, clinical, ADT, and lab data; experience should include data integration, not just migration.
Have healthcare analytics experience involving Cost of Care, Quality Measures, or Risk.
Have experience with payer report reconciliation in the provider or payer space.
Bring strong technical project management and stakeholder management experience.
Have experience with HEDIS, MIPS, or eCQM analytics.
Have experience using visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Have experience working with cross-functional teams spanning IT, software engineering, and business domains.
Be familiar with data ETL tools and creating or reviewing mapping documents.
SQL data extraction, Python scripting, and Agile methodology are listed as good-to-have or plus experience.

Interact frequently with customers to understand their requirements.
Own delivery plans and timelines in consultation with customers.
Negotiate features, enhancements, and incoming tasks with customers based on team bandwidth and other factors.
Supervise and lead data analysts and quality analysts on the team.
Direct and coordinate data integrations, analytics executions, dashboard updates, maintenance operations, and quality assurance activities.
Work with engineering, analytics, infrastructure, and other engineering groups to define and deliver solutions.
Lead data engineers as they develop, test, modify, and deliver solutions to US healthcare problems.
