Job Details

Have proven experience hiring high-performing Sales and Marketing talent in competitive environments.
Have experience supporting broader business functions such as People, Finance or Legal.
Understand commercial roles and how to assess candidates’ individual contributions, business impact and track records.
Bring strong stakeholder management skills and the judgment to advise senior leaders, challenge assumptions and influence hiring decisions.
Be able to own searches end-to-end, from proactive sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and closing.
Use a data-driven approach to improve hiring quality, efficiency and candidate experience.
Be comfortable working autonomously amid ambiguity, shifting priorities and a high hiring bar.
Bring an interest in or exposure to Web3, digital assets or financial infrastructure.
Experience recruiting within banking, capital markets or financial technology, particularly for institutional-client roles, is valued.

Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, People, Finance and Legal to define hiring priorities and calibrate roles.
Own full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact positions, with an emphasis on commercial talent.
Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, referrals and long-term relationship building.
Develop structured assessments to help leaders evaluate commercial results, functional expertise and potential.
Advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation expectations and competitive positioning.
Lead offer and closing strategies with leadership and Total Rewards.
Improve recruiting quality and efficiency using data, process design, AI and automation.
Develop candidate narratives connecting Chainlink’s mission and opportunity to talent across traditional finance, technology and Web3.
