Requirements
- Consistently exceeded assigned sales quotas.
- At least 7 years of field sales experience calling on federal defense accounts.
- At least 5 years in a technical customer-facing role.
- Experience in the data storage or data management software industry.
- Prior relationships with Departments of Defense/War, Army, or Fourth Estate.
- Experience originating and closing complex sales with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience managing consultative, value-based sales processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience.
- US citizenship and residence on US soil are required; an active security clearance is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot to solve business challenges, drive outcomes, or streamline workflows.
- Flexible to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Sell Collibra’s software, support, and services to prospects and existing US federal DOW customers.
- Manage some of Collibra’s largest accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and develop awareness of Collibra’s solutions.
- Advise customers on data intelligence throughout the customer journey.
- Create initial demand and progress opportunities through technical and financial decision processes.
- Drive customer adoption and account expansion after the sale.
- Build a pipeline of business in the assigned territory.
- Travel as required.
